The managing partners of Custom Staffing, Diane McGaw and Pat Rohe, remain heavily involved in the daily business as well as in key customer relationships since 1985.  We combine our expertise in employment with a specialized knowledge of our clients' needs.  This gives us a competitive edge and gives our clients increased productivity.  When you call Custom Staffing, we come through for you and our word is our guarantee.

Custom Staffing's appearance (for 3 years running) on the Working Women 500 list of the top 500 U.S. women-owned firms (Working Women magazine, May 1998) underscores the value of this approach.  Pat Rohe is the past president of the Metro Chapter of the New York Association of Temporary Staffing Services (NYATSS) and a current board member of ASA.  Custom Staffing is a Certified Women-Owned Business Enterprise.  Diane McGaw and Pat Rohe have been interviewed in Backstage and on CNBC.
